Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you've purchased programs on my site, for example courses, or have signed up to a group program or live workshop, you may have some technical questions. I have compiled the most asked questions below. 

When you purchase a course you will be prompted to set up a password for your account. If you haven't completed the registration after sign-up and set up your password please use this password reset link instead and complete your account setup using the email address you used to sign up. It’s a good idea to bookmark the Account Login If you already have an account on my platform then access to this program will just appear in your My Courses dashboard.

Unless otherwise stated, you won’t be able to download the course videos but you’ll be able to watch them as many times as you wish on the platform. For most courses, there will be downloadable support material such as slides, reference guides, or similar resources.

Book your place for the live part of the groups by clicking on 'Going' on each zoom date in the notifications. As live sessions are held online using 'Zoom', please ensure you have Zoom and your software is up to date.

Yes, you can download the New Zenler app for iPhone and for Android and simply use your account log-in details.

For live groups or live workshops, cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the group or live workshop will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be refunded, as places in the workshop are limited and there is insufficient time to offer your place to someone else. There are no refunds for change of mind on my online courses. Due to the digital nature of the content, you receive instant access to my intellectual property. As a result it is important that you consider carefully whether a program is right for you before you make your purchase. Please read my Terms of Service before making a purchase.

Once you have purchased an online program on this platform, it is available for as long as I will be using the New Zenler platform unless otherwise stated. If access to the programs is likely to change, I will give you at least 30 days’ notice of the change so you can complete any unfinished programs.   

You can reset your password here using the email address that you signed up with. 

Please contact me to request that your account be deleted. Please be aware that once you have cancelled your account you will no longer have access to the programs you purchased on this site.

Yes, I operate an appointment only service. Appointments are available on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Sydney time. I sometimes offer sessions at other times. Contact me to book an appointment.
