To illustrate what complex trauma recovery may look like, let me share a little about my own experience with it. Everyone is different!
Trauma is an experience that happens too soon, too much, or too fast, or when there was an absence of what should have been provided.
I had a humbling wake up call and I want to share it with you hoping that you might get some value out of it.
