Join Parts Circle to explore and check in with your parts with a weekly guided meditation followed by group sharing.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and curious approach to learning about ourselves and what drives our thinking, feelings and behaviour.
IFS assumes that everyone is made up of multiple parts that often drive us. We are a system. IFs also says that everyone has a wise and compassionate higher Self.
In a balanced and harmonious internal system, all parts work together, using their gifts and strengths.
Sometimes parts carry burdens that make them feel they have to protect us with extreme roles and their strategies can oppose those of other parts, creating internal conflict. Connecting with our parts enables us to nurture trusting internal relationships so that parts can let go of their burdens and freely unfold their talents in our systems.
The goal of IFS is to enable Self-leadership, when Self is the conductor ensuring harmony in the orchestra of parts. Parts Circle will allow you to check in with your parts in a group setting each week. We will go through a guided practice together and share with the group.

Once you sign up the membership fee will be booked off your account automatically every month on the day that you initially signed up. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing me or cancelling your subscription in your user account on this platform.
When you cancel you will still have access to weekly sessions or resources for 30 days.
After this time, your account will be deleted and you will no longer have access to the group session links.
Already paid subscriptions cannot be reimbursed even if you miss sessions.
To allow for privacy, sessions will not be recorded.
Times of the weekly sessions may change in future.
Live Sessions will not take place on 14 February and 7 March 2025. Other occasional times will be announced here. For these times, I will provide journalling questions and/or recorded meditations for your self-practice.
I learned so much about myself. I have two parts which want to make sure I don’t fail in my sugar free eating. One part (F. It) wants to make it as easy as possible as if it’s too hard I won’t sustain it. The other (Watch it!) part wants to get it done and do it right, with structure, discipline and no wiggle room. My Self (not a part) brings these two parts compassion and understanding.

Taking part in the IFS group was a very positive and enriching experience for me. Vanessa is a caring facilitator who created a safe and judgement-free environment where I felt comfortable sharing freely with other participants. Learning to identify and dialogue with my various inner parts helped me understand the root of my compulsive behaviours. Internal Family Systems is a fascinating theory, but what I really enjoyed was the way the sessions brought theory into practice through the experiential visualisations and meditations.
