A guided experiment to explore your eating practice

This is a 21 minute guided meditation to help you mindfully explore the process of eating a meal. Embark on an experiment where I invite you to pay attention to what you are taking in through the senses, how eating feels in your body, and what arises when you try to slow down. I also invite you to gently detach from the process of eating as the meal comes to an end. This meditation is most suited for people who struggle to stop eating and tend to compulsively overeat.
