Transform your relationship with food through weekly support, practice & community

Practice-based recovery coaching for sugar / carbohydrate / food addiction, binge eating, and emotional eating.

Overview

Let’s Break Free From Emotional Eating, Binge Eating & Food Addiction - Together

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and joined the programs. You know what to do. But actually doing it? That’s the hard part. Food Sober Sessions is a monthly membership for people ready to move beyond information and into transformation. Whether you're just starting out or deep in your recovery journey to stop binge eating, emotional eating, or food addiction. This is your space to build real, lasting change. We don’t just talk about recovery. We practice it. Together.

Why Group Support Works

Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in community. And neuroscience backs that up: Social connection strengthens your brain’s ability to manage impulses, emotions, and cravings. Here’s what you can expect:

Reduce Cravings & Overeating
Connection and structure activate the brain’s prefrontal cortex, helping you stay grounded and in control.

Learn & Apply Recovery Tools
Each session blends peer support, expert guidance, and real-time skill practice so you can start applying tools right away.

Heal From Shame & Isolation
Sharing in a safe space reduces emotional overwhelm and helps regulate your nervous system. Humans learn and connect through stories and this is a space to share our recovery triumphs and challenges.

Get Accountability & Motivation
You’re not alone. Real-time encouragement from your group helps reinforce habits and keep you on track.

Why Join Food Sober Sessions?

This isn’t another course or one more PDF to download.  This is a practice space, a live, supportive environment where we build the skills to end emotional eating and food addiction together.

Weekly Live Coaching
Interactive group sessions where you can explore challenges, get support, and build recovery skills in real time.

Experiential Learning
We don’t just teach. You get a chance to practice. Practice science-based tools and strategies that change behaviour.

Supportive Community
Surround yourself with others who get it. Share wins, setbacks, and breakthroughs with people walking the same path.

Mastery Through Repetition
Recovery doesn’t come from knowing. It comes from practicing. We repeat, refine, and integrate the tools until they become second nature.

Nutrition Clinic
A safe space to ask questions and get professional nutrition support beyond 'all foods in moderation' from a guest nutritionist or dietitian once a month.

Affordability
Food Sober Sessions is set up as a low-cost monthly membership so that everyone can access support that doesn't break the bank.

Who is it for?

You’re Not Alone. And You’re Welcome Here.  Many of us have a complicated relationship with food. Some of us turn to food for comfort during emotional highs and lows. Others are navigating binge eating, or are in recovery from alcohol or other addictions...and noticing that food has become another struggle. Some are managing type 2 diabetes or metabolic health, working with medical teams on weight loss or nutrition plans.  Whatever your story, if food has become a source of distress or harm. You belong here. Maybe this is you:

  • Would like to experience a deeper connection with yourself
  • Become more familiar with your internal family of parts
  • Are doing IFS therapy and would like to check in with your parts on a regular basis
  • Have participated in one of my IFS groups or workshops and wish to nurture a regular parts check-in practice
  • Would like to connect with like-minded people and ‘talk parts’
  • Are new to Internal Family Systems and curious to try out connecting with your parts in a supportive group environment
