I feel that doing the work with Vanessa is the missing piece of the obesity puzzle. I knew I had food addiction.
I had all the information but didn’t know what to do with it. Vanessa guided me and helped me gain the skills I needed. I've found a level of peace with my relationship with food.
I feel confident I will reach my health goals. Vanessa gets it, she understands the struggle, the pain and the shame. It is one of the best decisions I have made.
